REVIEW POINTS
Turn questions into a useful brief.
Start with product identity
Check that the product name and grade on the document match the material being discussed. A technical sheet for a neighboring category or another brand is not evidence for the selected grade.
Check scope and revision
Record the document language, effective date, version and applicable market. Request clarification when the label and document do not identify the same product or when the current revision cannot be established.
Keep technical and safety documents together
Request the current TDS for the selected grade and its corresponding SDS. Refer questions about missing instructions, restrictions or conflicting documents to the technical team before relying on the file.
Do not use this editorial guide as a mixing, curing, safety or substrate-compatibility instruction.
